James Wagner “Jim”
Jim has over 30 years of EPA registration experience including working for the US Environmental Protection Agency (Washington DC), Zeneca Ag Products and Syngenta Crop Protection. Jim’s areas of expertise include EPA registration of both generic and proprietary products, petitions for tolerance for active ingredients, petitions for tolerance exemption for inert ingredients, data compensation assessments and negotiations, FIFRA task forces, and due diligence for product acquisitions and company mergers. Jim earned a degree in Agriculture Sciences from the University of Delaware.
Principal Consultant – EPA
Anna is a Registration Manager with over 20 years of agronomy and crop protection product experience working for DuPont Crop Protection, Nichino America, Inc. and the University of Delaware. She earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Agriculture from the University of Delaware. Anna has expertise in new product registrations, Data Call-Ins, tolerance petition submissions, and product stewardship. She has served on SFIREG, APPCO, WPHA, Crop Life America and International committees and multiple industry organizations.
Julie is a Regulatory Associate responsible for state registration of pesticides and fertilizers in the US and territories. She also manages STARS®, our proprietary state registration database. She ensures that the STARS database is updated in real time so that clients have ready access to the status of their product registrations in each state. Julie has over 5 years’ experience in the pesticide industry, managing active ingredients on the Federal level and state registrations with the ALSTAR application. She holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College.
Caroline Nolan “Carrie”
Carrie is the Office Manager, responsible for providing our business accounting. She is also a Regulatory Associate, responsible for EPA establishment registration, production reporting, and fertilizer tonnage compliance. Carrie has a fiscal management background and holds a B.A. in English from the University of Delaware.
Kt Woodall “Katie”
Kt is a Regulatory Associate responsible for preparation and submission to EPA for registration documents and product labels. She insures that market labels are in full compliance with EPA regulations. She also manages several WRA internet databases that serve our clients.
Regulatory Associate – EPA
Keeva is a Regulatory Associate responsible for EPA registration of pesticide products. She also handles listing of organic products with the USDA National Organics Program and with OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute). Keeva holds degrees in Environmental Science (BS) from University of Maryland and in Agricultural & Life Sciences (MS) from Virginia Polytechnic & State University. Prior to joining WRA, Keeva held positions with the Knoell Company and with the DuPont Company.
Regulatory Associate – EPA
Rachel is a Regulatory Associate responsible for EPA registration of pesticide products. She holds degrees in Chemistry and Forensic Science (BS) from the University of New Haven and in Chemistry (MS) from Villanova University. Prior to joining WRA, Rachel held positions in synthetic chemistry and product stewardship and regulatory services with the DuPont Company.
